18+ Age Requirement
All players must be aged 18 or above at the time of registration. crikckex enforces strict age verification on all accounts before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately and all balances are forfeited.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on crikckex are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No currency conversion is applied by crikckex on BDT transactions.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses issued by crikckex are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met. crikckex reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent means.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active crikckex account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. This rule applies regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used to open additional accounts.
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their crikckex login credentials. Any activity conducted from a registered account is the responsibility of the account holder. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@crikckex immediately.
Terms May Be Updated
crikckex reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout this document. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Section 2
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the crikckex Platform — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or redeeming a Bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has already been opened.
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and crikckex. They are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless a supplementary document expressly states otherwise.
crikckex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it affects Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility criteria — crikckex will notify registered Players by email to the address on record no fewer than 7 calendar days before the change takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause) may be published without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
The Platform is operated in English. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all purposes. Any translation provided for informational purposes is non-binding and the English text governs in all cases of inconsistency.
Section 3
Age Restriction & Eligibility
Minimum Age: The minimum age to register and use the crikckex Platform is 18 years. This requirement is absolute and applies to all Players regardless of location within Bangladesh, device used, or payment method employed. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Age Verification: crikckex enforces age verification at multiple points in the Player lifecycle. At the time of first withdrawal, Players are required to submit a copy of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued identification document confirming date of birth. Accounts that fail age verification are closed immediately and any Balance held is forfeited in accordance with applicable procedures.
Eligibility Criteria: In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to use the Platform:
- You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and use.
- You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of crikckex or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you have submitted to crikckex under the Platform's Responsible Gaming tools.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not have had a prior crikckex Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Underage Access Prevention: crikckex recommends that all parents and guardians in Bangladesh use appropriate internet filtering and parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you suspect a minor has accessed the crikckex Platform through your device or account, contact support@crikckex immediately.
Adults Only
crikckex is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age is verified against NID records at the point of first withdrawal. Underage accounts are closed without exception.
Section 4
Account Registration
4.1 Registration Process
To use the full features of the crikckex Platform, including placing Wagers and processing withdrawals, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used as the primary account identifier), a unique password, and confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. A one-time SMS verification code is sent to your mobile number during registration to confirm ownership.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. crikckex reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any Balance held in a suspended or closed Account may be withheld pending investigation.
4.3 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the crikckex Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, crikckex will close all but the original Account and may forfeit any Balances held across the duplicate Accounts. Players who identify that they have accidentally created duplicate Accounts must contact support@crikckex immediately to request consolidation.
4.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any Wager placed, any deposit made, and any withdrawal requested from your Account is deemed to have been made by you. crikckex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.5 KYC Verification
Prior to processing a first withdrawal, all Players must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport, a selfie photograph taken at the time of submission, and confirmation that the mobile number on the Account matches the mobile number registered in the MFS wallet used for the withdrawal request. crikckex may request additional documentation at any time where it has reason to question Account identity or the source of deposited funds.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
crikckex accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crikckex does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any fees charged by your MFS provider or card issuer are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by crikckex.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum single deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is ৳200. The minimum single deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per 24-hour period apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. These limits may be adjusted by crikckex at any time with notice to affected Players.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no fraud or security review being in progress. Withdrawal requests to Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours. crikckex reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request where additional identity verification or source-of-funds review is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods.
5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
crikckex operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will be made to the same MFS wallet or card used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where a Player wishes to withdraw to a different payment method, they must contact support@crikckex and provide verification that the alternative method is registered in their name.
5.5 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or Wager activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. crikckex will send an email reminder to the registered address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 against the remaining Balance. Where the Balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the Account is closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting support@crikckex.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
crikckex offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited without compensation.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
crikckex employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing offsetting Wagers across markets to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk; using Bonus Funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering conditions; and collusion with other Players to pool bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, crikckex reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently close the Account without notice.
6.3 Promotions Are Not Guaranteed
crikckex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already been granted a bonus and that bonus is actively subject to wagering. Promotional offers are not guaranteed to be renewed between seasons or periods. Eligibility for a promotion in one period does not create an entitlement to the same promotion in any future period.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the crikckex Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any obligation in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Balance, Bonus Funds, or pending winnings.
7.1 Lawful Use
You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction applicable to you.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crikckex Platform:
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
- Colluding with other Players, Platform employees, or game providers to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
- Using any VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising technology to circumvent Platform access controls, geo-restrictions, or account verification processes.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing crikckex support staff or other Players through any communication channel.
- Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
7.3 Responsible Conduct
You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree to use the Platform responsibly. You accept sole responsibility for all Wagers placed on your Account. crikckex strongly encourages Players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in Account Settings, including deposit limits, session time caps, and self-exclusion, if at any point you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your crikckex Account at any time by contacting support@crikckex. Before closure is processed, any pending Wagers will be settled at their natural conclusion and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered MFS wallet or card, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure request are forfeited.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by crikckex
crikckex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; provision of false information; bonus abuse; underage gambling; or conduct that crikckex deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform. Where an Account is closed by crikckex for breach, any Balance associated with the breach may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach (for example, at crikckex's business discretion), any legitimate real-money Balance will be returned to the Player following KYC verification.
8.3 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who activate a permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools in Account Settings, or who request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support@crikckex, will have their Account closed and any real-money Balance returned within 5 business days. Self-excluded Players are not eligible to re-register on the Platform during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account will result in immediate closure of the new Account and forfeiture of all associated funds.
8.4 Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure for any reason, all pending Wagers that have not yet been settled will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the Balance (where the closure is not for breach) or forfeited (where the closure is for breach). Closed Accounts cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of crikckex following a formal written request to support@crikckex and satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
General Provisions
Limitation of Liability & Governing Provisions
crikckex provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from technical interruptions. crikckex is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or other financial or consequential loss arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crikckex's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising under them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international gaming law and fair dealing, with disputes to be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. crikckex operates as an internationally licensed platform and applies its terms consistently across all Players regardless of the specific device or connection method used to access the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by crikckex to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance.
